Teck Teng

Teck has successfully negotiated and short-sold over a million dollars in debt in 2010 and continues to help many more homeowners.  His passion and mission are to help families navigate the alternatives to foreclosure.

Teck is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE) and the Designated Broker of Front Line Realty.  His other real estate experiences include owning and managing rental properties, land investments and commercial development.  Teck has both a technical (BSEE) and a business (MBA) background with business consulting experience in the banking, pharmaceutical and government agencies.   

JW Anderson

JW is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) with multiple successful short sale closings.  He applies project management methodology to the complex, multi-vendor short sale process.
